Westcon-Comstor and UiPath sign European distribution deal to accelerate partners’ AI automation growth
W estcon-Comstor, a global technology distributor specialising in cybersecurity, networking and hybrid cloud solutions, has announced the signing of a Europewide distribution agreement with UiPath, a global leader in agentic automation, deepening the two companies’ strategic collaboration and driving profitable, services-led growth for channel partners.
The pan-European deal sees Westcon-Comstor become UiPath’ s strategic distributor for the region, with a focus on helping channel partners build pipeline, win larger deals and accelerate time-torevenue as demand for AI-powered automation continues to grow.
Partners will be able to launch or expand UiPath services in weeks thanks to Westcon-Comstor’ s white-labelled UiPath professional services offering. The distributor will also provide presales expertise and go-to-market support, plus lead qualification through its analytics-led sales programme, Intelligent Demand( iD).
Meanwhile Westcon-Comstor’ s Flex financing solution will enable partners to unlock budget-constrained deals, removing a common obstacle to starting and expanding automation programmes while enabling customers to align investment more closely with realised value.
The expanded relationship builds on Westcon-Comstor’ s existing UiPath distribution footprint in the UK, France, Spain, Portugal and Germany. It provides partners across Europe with a unified route to market that combines UiPath’ s deep agentic automation expertise with Westcon-Comstor’ s channel reach, scale and services-led distribution model.
Consolidating European distribution with Westcon creates a single, specialist route to market for UiPath, giving partners consistent enablement and packaged services that provide a clear framework for growing margin-rich recurring revenues through multi-year engagements.
The collaboration also reflects a shift in the market from isolated‘ bot projects’ to enterprise-grade automation programmes that
span testing, operations, AI-assisted workflows and end-to-end Digital Transformation.
With a consistent experience and the ability to scale both technically and commercially, Westcon-Comstor aims to help UiPath partners deliver faster outcomes and build stronger, stickier customer relationships across Europe.
