CASA Software named 2025 Enterprise Innovation Partner of the Year
CASA Software was named the Enterprise
Innovation Partner of the Year at the Africa Summit 2025 hosted by Broadcom and MBCOM Technologies – a wholly owned subsidiary of Midis Group which in 2021 became the exclusive representative for the Broadcom Software portfolio.
The Gala event was held in Nairobi, Kenya, and was attended by distributors and partners from throughout Africa.
CASA Software Sales Director, Stephen Chetty, was present to accept the award on behalf of the Digital Transformation specialist organisation.

Mindware and VMware partner to accelerate Digital Transformation in Egypt
Mindware, a leading value-added distributor( VAD) in the Middle East and Africa, has been appointed as an official distributor for
VMware, a Broadcom company, in Egypt. The partnership will make VMware’ s cloud infrastructure and virtualisation technologies available to organisations across Egypt, supporting the country’ s accelerating Digital Transformation efforts. The announcement follows Mindware’ s appointment earlier this year as VMware’ s distributor in Lebanon, Iraq and Jordan. The addition of Egypt expands Mindware’ s VMware footprint across the Levant and North Africa, reinforcing its role as a regional partner delivering next-generation IT solutions.
Mindware will distribute VMware’ s full portfolio of solutions, including cloud infrastructure, app modernisation platforms, networking and security, and digital workspace tools, designed to strengthen agility, resilience and IT performance.

According to IDC, Egypt’ s cloud computing spend is projected to exceed US $ 800 million by 2027.
