The most challenging aspect of Kendra ’ s job is ensuring to maintain a work-life balance . She has two daughters that are busy themselves and it is a lot to balance . She has realised that every day that balance looks different and that is perfectly okay !
How do you best like to de-stress and re-charge off work ?
The best way for Kendra to de-stress is to workout . She loves doing cross-fit and it is the one workout that can completely clear her mind of all work ! She also loves spending time with family and friends , relaxing and laughing ! •
