Philippe Jarre ’ s most significant accomplishment has been establishing a new company in 2019 through the incorporation of Arrow Middle East , which was acquired by Mindware . By capitalising on the strengths of both these organisations and safeguarding the top talent , Mindware formed a fresh company and culture that instilled faith in everyone regarding its potential . Since 2018 , Mindware has multiplied the size of its business three times and its aspiration for the next four years is substantial .

Digital transformation is becoming a key driver of growth in the industry . Jarre believe that businesses will increasingly turn to digital technologies to streamline operations , improve customer experience , and gain a competitive advantage . As a result , IT distributors will need to offer a wide range of digital solutions to help their customers navigate this transformation .

Jarre can also see Chat GPT resonating well in the region and that everybody is starting small or mega projects to have their own solutions , leveraging their data , and as a result building strategic , business transformation projects .

Jarre has always excelled in Mathematics and Physics during his academic tenure . With a keen interest in how technology can change the world , Jarre decided to pursue the field of IT in France . Post completion , Jarre joined IBM , his first job , and moved to a lot of different positions both within and outside IBM .
