NetApp has continued to enhance its Channel Partner Programmes and now has offerings under solution providers , service providers , cloud partners , and alliance partners . How do you distinguish these offerings and how does a partner go about specialising in these schemes ?
We just announced the launch of a new partner programme the NetApp Partner Sphere in NetApp fiscal year 2024 where we are consolidating and simplifying multiple programmes into one that includes all partner types , business models and routes to market . This programme enables partners to
evolve their business in the cloud . Partners must specialise or offer specialised services , and capabilities to be able to support the entire customer journey in the digital and cloud transformation .
What new channel offerings can your partners in the regions you cover expect from NetApp in 2023 ?
We are moving toward solutions competencies to allow partners to really differentiate their business . And as partners move up tiers , NetApp is investing back into those partners with marketing dollars and promoting their competencies to customers needing these solutions .
What will be NetApp ’ s technology and solutions focus in the year ahead and how are you preparing your reseller and distribution partners ?
The partner programme will focus on the changing customer demands so it can deliver value to customers and support partners for the more complex digital and cloud transformation efforts . NetApp is focusing on three solutions and services : cloud solutions , hybrid multi-cloud , AI , and
