Cesar Cernuda joins NetApp as President
NetApp, a leader in cloud data services,
has announced the appointment of
Cesar Cernuda as President of NetApp,
reporting to CEO, George Kurian, effective
in July. He will lead NetApp’s global
go-to-market operations spanning sales,
marketing, services and support. Cernuda
joins NetApp from Microsoft, where
he was President of Microsoft Latin
America and Corporate Vice President of
Microsoft Corporation. He brings with him
extensive experience in leading business
transformation, building diverse, highperforming
teams and driving a successful
cloud business. In his role as President,
Cernuda will continue to evolve the NetApp
go-to-market strategy and organisation to
accelerate growth by transforming how the
company approaches the changing customer
landscape and capture new growth
opportunities, particularly in cloud.
Today’s technologies and the rapid
pace of digital innovation have created
new opportunities for organisations to
engage with and serve their customers.
To capture these opportunities, NetApp’s
marketing, sales and services and support
organisations will be combined under

Security and enterprise cloud veteran Candace
Worley joins Ping Identity as Chief Product Officer
Ping Identity, an intelligent identity
solution for the enterprise, has
announced Candace Worley has joined the
company’s leadership team as global Chief
Product Officer. Worley brings over 25
years of enterprise strategy and product
development experience from some of the
largest names in the technology sector. At
Ping Identity, Worley will be responsible for
advancing the global product vision, leading
technical product innovation efforts and
bringing the company’s premier identity
solutions to market.
Worley hails from Amazon Web
Services (AWS) where she most recently
led the enterprise strategists and vertical
marketing teams. Additionally, she developed
enterprise level messaging, marketing plans
and industry insights that help customers
accelerate time to value for their cloud
transformation projects. Prior to joining
AWS, Worley held key product management
Candace Worley, Chief Product Officer at Ping Identity
and chief technologist roles at McAfee and
Intel Security. There she served as GM,
Chief Technologist and VP, driving thought
leadership and advancing technical innovation
in McAfee security solutions and led a sales
specialist team responsible for evangelising
security operations centre (SOC) solutions.
