Arrow Electronics expands IBM distribution coverage to seven countries
Expansion gives channel partners in seven European markets access to IBM ' s infrastructure, automation, data, software and services portfolio.

Arrow Electronics has expanded its IBM distribution coverage to seven additional countries, enabling the distributor to provide IBM solutions to channel partners in Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.

The expansion gives channel partners in these markets access to IBM technologies designed to support customers with IT modernisation and transformation projects.
Arrow will distribute IBM’ s portfolio across infrastructure, automation and data, including software and services supporting application development, hybrid cloud deployments and IT operations.
Channel partners will also have access to Arrow’ s technical expertise and local support, alongside resources including its experience centres and the channel-focused IBM Practice accelerator programme.
The expansion builds on Arrow’ s existing global relationship with IBM. The companies already work together across markets including Benelux, Estonia, France, Hungary, Iberia, Ireland, Morocco, the Nordics, Poland, the UK and North America.
Arrow supports partners in these markets through commercial and technical resources, experience centres and channel enablement programmes.
“ This coverage expansion strengthens our longstanding relationship with IBM and reflects Arrow’ s focus on bringing high-quality solutions and services to the market in seven additional countries,” said Salesh Rampersad, Chief Revenue Officer for Arrow’ s Global Enterprise Computing Solutions business.“ By providing greater access to IBM’ s technologies, combined with Arrow’ s local expertise, we are helping channel partners create meaningful outcomes for customers navigating complex IT environments.”

Krisp joins 8x8 technology partner ecosystem to deliver clearer voice experiences

8x8, a global business communications platform provider, has announced that Krisp, a provider of voice AI technology, has joined the 8x8 Technology Partner Ecosystem.

The partnership brings Krisp’ s AI-powered noise cancellation, voice isolation, accent conversion and multilingual voice capabilities to the 8x8 Platform for CX.
The integration is designed to help organisations deliver clearer interactions across 8x8 Contact Centre and 8x8 Work, whether customers and support agents connect from an office, home or another location.
“ Voice remains essential to customer experience, but background noise, language differences and distributed work environments can make conversations harder than they need to be,” said Robert Schoenfield, Executive Vice President of Licensing and Partnerships at Krisp.“ Our partnership with 8x8 brings Krisp’ s voice AI technology into the communications platform that contact centre agents and employees already use, helping global organisations deliver clearer and more productive interactions.”
The integration is expected to help organisations reduce repetition, support distributed teams and improve interactions by enhancing audio quality and making speakers easier to understand.
Joint customers will benefit from clearer voice interactions, multilingual communication across more than 60 languages, higherquality interaction data and simplified deployment without introducing separate tools or workflows.
“ Bringing Krisp’ s voice AI capabilities to the 8x8 Platform for CX, will help organisations reduce communication barriers and give agents, employees and customers a better experience,” said Victor Belfor, Global Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at 8x8.
