Barracuda expands Partner Success Programme with new tools and training

Barracuda Networks has announced new enhancements to its

Barracuda Partner Success Programme. Building on the recent programme modernisation, the updates introduce new offerings and partner experiences designed to help MSPs and channel partners deepen expertise, improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
“ At Barracuda, our partners are at the centre of every decision we make, from product innovation to go-to-market execution,” said Michelle Hodges, Senior Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances at Barracuda.
“ We’ re creating more opportunities for partners to engage customers, sharpen differentiation and grow their business and making it easier than ever to do so. These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment and our belief that partner success drives superior customer outcomes.”
Barracuda is introducing a redesigned partner experience with expanded demand generation capabilities. The update includes a through-channel marketing automation platform supporting cobranded campaigns, social and email syndication and turnkey‘ do-itfor-me’ execution. A forthcoming Partner Locator will help connect customers with certified partners.
The enhancements complement the BarracudaONE cyber-resilience platform by providing partners with a more integrated experience across customer engagement, enablement and growth activities.
Barracuda is also expanding the recently launched Barracuda Mastery Programme with additional role-based learning, technical labs and advanced sales and technical badges. New role-based segmentation and automation within the Partner Portal, including a guided journey supporting activities such as co-selling, are designed to simplify partner activation and help organisations scale their services.
“ Barracuda’ s expanded training, certifications and partner recognition programmes give us the tools to build expertise and stand out in a crowded market,” said Sean Furman, President at STF Consulting.
