Submer Group has appointed Netceed as a value-added distributor for Europe, the Middle East and Africa( EMEA) as part of its strategy to expand the availability of its Artificial Intelligence infrastructure portfolio across the region.
Under the agreement, Netceed will offer Submer’ s AI infrastructure solutions through its telecommunications and data centre customer network.
The companies said the partnership is intended to support growing demand for AI infrastructure across EMEA by combining Netceed’ s regional distribution capabilities with Submer’ s portfolio of liquid cooling, monitoring software, data centre design, build services and GPU cloud offerings.
According to Submer, the agreement will help telecommunications operators and data centre providers deploy AI infrastructure while providing local technical support and implementation expertise.
UK & I
Infinigate UK & I has been accredited by Extreme Networks to provide professional post-sales support for customers using ExtremeWorks Maintenance Services across the UK and Ireland. The service is based on the PartnerWorks support model, which enables partners and resellers to provide first-line support, with Extreme Networks handling escalated cases where required. According to Infinigate, the model is designed to help partners strengthen customer relationships while developing additional services revenue.
Alongside the support offering, Infinigate has introduced a Network Assessment Service powered by Auvik. The service provides visibility into network infrastructure, helping partners and customers identify connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks and resilience risks.
The Network Assessment Service is available as part of the PartnerWorks offering and is intended to support both pre-sales and post-sales customer engagement.
