Dropzone AI and QBS Software partner to bring the Agentic SOC to EMEA Channel Partners
D ropzone AI has announced an exclusive EMEA distribution partnership with QBS Software. The agreement enables QBS to bring Dropzone AI’ s Agentic SOC to both Managed Security Service Providers( MSSPs) and Value-Added Resellers( VARs) across the region, led by the AI SOC Analyst: the agent that investigates alerts end to end, 24 / 7.
Dropzone AI’ s Agentic SOC is an established team of AI agents that collaborate to execute detection and response at machine scale. At its core is the AI SOC Analyst, the proven agent already deployed at over 300 companies and relied on by enterprises and MSSPs to investigate alerts across their existing security stack.
For MSSPs, the partnership creates a clear opportunity to scale managed SOC services without a proportional increase in analyst headcount. With Dropzone AI’ s agents investigating alerts at machine scale, MSSPs can onboard new customers faster, meet stringent SLAs, elevate analysts to highervalue work and protect service margins as alert volumes continue to rise.
For VAR partners, the agreement introduces a new route to support organisations with in-house SOC teams. Through QBS’ VAR network, customers can deploy Dropzone AI to accelerate alert investigations, reduce false positives and ease alert fatigue. Agents work 24 / 7 across the tools already in the stack, giving analysts autonomous investigation support without replacing existing SIEM, SOAR, EDR or case management investments.
Augmenting analysts with the Agentic SOC Organisations are facing increasingly sophisticated and frequent cyberattacks, with alert volumes growing far faster than many security teams can hire or train new analysts. Dropzone AI’ s AI SOC Analyst investigates every alert end to end in minutes and hands analysts a concluded position backed by evidence.
For MSSPs, Dropzone AI increases SOC capacity and service quality whilst controlling operational costs. Partners can support more customers, improve SLA performance and build more profitable managed security services.
For VARs, Dropzone AI is a strong value proposition for customers operating their own SOCs. By augmenting internal analysts with autonomous investigations, customers reduce alert fatigue, accelerate triage, improve investigation consistency and close temporary skills gaps.
Bringing Dropzone AI into the QBS partner ecosystem gives MSSPs and VARs a trusted Agentic SOC that supports different customer operating models: managed SOC delivery, co-managed security services and in-house security operations. The result is a broader channel opportunity across EMEA, helping partners deliver measurable security
outcomes while addressing the ongoing shortage of skilled SOC analysts.
Brett Candon, VP of International at Dropzone AI, said:“ Security teams are under immense pressure to scale operations, meet increasingly stringent SLAs and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining resilience against rising alert volumes. Through this partnership with QBS, Dropzone AI will extend its reach to both MSSPs and VARs across EMEA. MSSP partners can scale service delivery and improve profitability, while VAR partners can help customers with in-house SOCs move from alert chaos to incident focus.”
Tom Corrigan, Chief Revenue Officer at QBS Software, said:“ Our partnership with Dropzone AI strengthens QBS’ security portfolio with advanced autonomous AI SOC capabilities that addresses a real challenge across the channel. By bringing category-defining AI SOC capabilities to our partner ecosystem, we’ re supporting growth, improving service delivery and helping partners deliver stronger customer outcomes.” •
