He is focused on partner certification, premier security partner recruitment, and direct and indirect channel enablement programmes. He reports to Vice President Middle East, Africa and Turkey. He is responsible for sales of Secure DDI, Active Trust Cloud, Network Automation through channel partners. The Infoblox Technology Alliance Partner Programme includes more than 30 vendors. Infoblox has introduced the Authorised Training Centre and Authorised Support Centre.

Infor has vendor alliances with IBM, TEC, Deloitte. Infor is expecting growth and customer acquisition from adoption of Infor CloudSuite Solutions. Infor channel partners are mobilising their service practices to adapt to this transition.

Claire Jones at Juniper Networks is responsible for execution of channel and strategic alliances partner strategy across countries of Middle East and Africa. This role covers Juniper Network’ s go to market route across enterprise and service provider business. Claire reports to Managing Director of Middle East and Africa. She is responsible for sales of switching, routing and security products and solutions through channel partners. Juniper Networks has strategic alliances with Amdocs, AT & T, Bell, BT, Dimension Data, Ericsson, IBM, Lenovo, NEC, Nokia Networks, Orange Business Services, TATA Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, Verizon.
The vendor has realigned with channel partners on the basis of enablement, ease of doing business, and growth. Training programmes, provision of demonstration units, specializations, certifications, have been added to partner enablement initiatives. In 2016, 50 training and certification sessions were conducted for MEA partners. The vendor has adapted its Juniper Partner Advantage programme to include datacentre specialisation. It has added new categories within the Elite level including Next Gen, Rising Star, Cloud Services Partner.
