Qualys has announced that Security Matterz has been selected to join its invite-only managed Risk Operations Centre( mROC) Partner Alliance, becoming the first mROC partner in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This strategic partnership marks a major milestone in advancing the Qualys ROC ecosystem within the Kingdom, empowering Saudi enterprises to scale cyber-risk management in alignment with national Digital Transformation goals and Saudi Vision 2030.
As an mROC partner, Security Matterz will deliver Qualyspowered managed risk services that bring measurable improvements in visibility, risk prioritisation and response across critical sectors.
The collaboration will enable Saudi organisations to overcome challenges such as fragmented tools, reactive security postures and limited visibility – fostering a more proactive, business-aligned approach to cyber-risk management.

TXP, a systems integrator specialising in technology consulting, development and resourcing, has announced its acquisition of Vigil, an AWS Select Tier Services Partner, for an undisclosed sum.
Vigil brings deep expertise in AWS-based cloud transformation, Software engineering and technology advisory services, which will complement and further expand TXP’ s existing cloud skills and service delivery capabilities. TXP is backed by Aliter Capital, the private equity‘ buy-and-build’ specialist in the UK support services sector.
With a dedicated technology team of nearly 100 people, based largely in Portugal and Brazil, Vigil brings an impressive client list including ITV, Trainline, Convex and DC Thomson Group. The addition of Vigil’ s software engineering capability will expand TXP’ s nearshore and offshore offering, supporting the company’ s strategy of providing value for money without compromising on quality.
