WSO2 announces three new partner onboardings
WSO2 has signed three new channel partnerships as part of its regional growth strategy, expanding its presence across the
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. The agreements with United Delta Systems, Mass Data Technologies and Vismaya Technologies are aimed at enhancing WSO2’ s delivery strength and accelerating Digital Transformation across key sectors including government, finance and aviation.

Saudi-based United Delta will work with WSO2 to modernise large-scale enterprises across aviation, telecom, oil and gas, banking and government. UAE-headquartered Mass Data Technologies, which has developed critical digital platforms for ministries and regulators, will apply its integration and identity expertise to advance public sector modernisation. Vismaya Technologies, with delivery hubs across the Gulf, will support banking, insurance and government clients with secure, regulation-ready transformation projects.

Jacky’ s Business Solutions expands partnership with General Microsystems across Middle East and Africa
Jacky’ s Business Solutions has expanded its partnership with
Malaysian smart queue management specialist General Microsystems( GMS) to cover new markets across the Middle East and Africa.
The move builds on years of collaboration in the UAE, where the companies have delivered advanced queue management systems( QMS) in government service centres and high-traffic public offices.
“ Jacky’ s Business Solutions has proven itself as a committed, technically capable partner in the UAE,” said Ang Wern Chie, Chief Operating Officer of General Microsystems.“ With this extended partnership, we aim to bring new products and innovations to a broader audience.”
The global QMS market is forecast to double from US $ 600 million in 2023 to US $ 1.2 billion by 2030, driven by demand for efficiency and improved citizen services. Jacky’ s and GMS are already integrating features such as the UAE Happiness Meter for real-time feedback, paperless ticketing, and AI-driven queue intelligence using facial recognition and predictive analytics.
