Acquisitions by QBS Software creates software delivery platform for 6,000 channel partners

QBS Software, the EMEA-wide software delivery platform, issued a formal statement outlining its sharpened strategic focus on enterprise software and advanced cybersecurity across the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa, META.

Since mid-2023 the Group has completed five targeted take-overs to assemble a best-of-breed vendor line-up and local execution capability.
These moves, combined with QBS’ s 12,000-publisher global marketplace, give regional partners instant access to an expanded solution stack for cybersecurity transformation and Zero-Trust Architectures, Enterprise Infrastructure and Cloud Management, Generative AI-Enhanced Security Analytics,
Governance, Risk and Compliance, GRC, Managed Security and IT Services, IT Asset Management and Cost Optimisation.

Proofpoint acquires Nuclei for market-digital communications governance

Proofpoint, a cybersecurity and compliance company, announced the acquisition of Nuclei, a US-based technology company specialising in compliance archiving and AI-driven data enrichment for modern workplace communications.

With this acquisition, Proofpoint will further enhance its market-digital communications governance, DCG offering with unmatched capabilities to capture, retain, and analyse communications across workspace collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Webex, WhatsApp, and RingCentral Voice.
In addition, Proofpoint will continue to support seamless integration with a broad range of archive and data governance platforms to ensure our connectors continue to deliver reliable, compliant interoperability across diverse customer environments.
