Mike Giresi moves from Molex to Vertiv as global CIO
Vertiv announced that Mike Giresi will join the company as global Chief Information Officer, for company
Mike Giresi initiatives in AI adoption across the business, cybersecurity, product security, and digital enabled productivity and customer experience.
Most recently chief digital officer with consumer electronics company Molex, Giresi has more than 30 years of IT experience, with more than 20 in chief leadership roles. He has previously served as chief digital and technology officer at Aramark, CIO of Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., CIO of Tory Burch, CIO of Direct Brands, Columbia House and Doubleday, and CIO, SVP IT for Godiva Chocolatier.
Giresi earned an EMBA from Saint Joseph’ s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business, and a BA from Seton Hall University in English and Information Systems.

Gopinath Polavarapu joins JAGGAER as Chief Digital and AI Officer
JAGGAER, a global provider in sourceto-pay and supplier collaboration, is delighted to announce the appointment of Gopinath GP Polavarapu to Chief Digital and AI Officer, CDAO. GP will now not only guide but accelerate AI strategy delivering JAGGAER’ s objective to embed intelligence for a hyper-automated, conversational, and collaborative platform that enhances human decision-making and accelerates business outcomes.
In the new role as CDAO, GP will contribute to JAGGAER’ s end-to-end AI roadmap, encompassing Agentic AI for Jaggaer One Platform and internal employee productivity while building AI capacity with talent acquisition, an AI Centre of Excellence, and a hub for AI thought leadership.
GP brings with him a wealth of experience in enterprise AI solutions, most recently as the Chief Solutions Officer at Kore. ai, and will collaborate with the Chief
Product Officer, Jon Lawrence, and Chief Strategic Officer, Pascal d’ Arc, to lead the JAGGAER AI transformation initiative.
