Tech Data acquires security VAD Orca Technology operating in Australia , New Zealand
Tech Data , a TD SYNNEX Company , announced its acquisition of Orca Technology , an independent value-added distributor focused on the IT Security marketplace in Australia and New Zealand , ANZ . Effective immediately , this acquisition strengthens Tech Data ’ s IT Security footprint through its enhanced technical capabilities , solutions and portfolio .
