KASEYA OPENS TRUPEER MSP PROGRAMME TO EUROPEAN CHANNEL , TARGETS 100 PARTNERS IN 2024

Kaseya has recently extended its TruPeer growth programme to European Managed Service Providers , MSPs . Designed to help MSPs develop and grow , the programme combines the value of a traditional industry peer group experience with training , mentoring and peer accountability .

The programme is based on the TruMethods framework – a proven , metrics-driven approach to building a top-performing MSP business . It helps participating MSPs increase their monthly recurring revenue , boost client satisfaction and add new customers at a predictable rate .
The TruPeer community in the US has existed since 2021 and has grown exponentially to 400 members . Responding to strong demand from its partners , Kaseya opened the programme to MSPs in UK , Ireland , Benelux and the Nordics in November .
25 MSPs have joined so far ; Kaseya is expecting this number to grow to 100 by the end of this year .
Members are grouped with like-minded MSPs who are at a similar growth stage . They have access to quarterly in-person and virtual peer meetings , bi-weekly accountability calls as well as webinars and coaching . Training covers topics including sales , packaging and pricing , profitability and scalability .
The first in-person TruPeer event in the UK will take place in February , with MSPs meeting to share their current business situation and goals . Together , they will define their TruMethods Smart Numbers for growth – covering metrics such as net profit percentage , support tickets received per endpoint per month , percentage of first-time fixes and number of sales meetings achieved .
Comparing these against benchmarks will help participating MSPs pinpoint areas for
Oliver Mackley , Director TruPeer EMEA , Kaseya improvement , spot opportunities and guide crucial business decisions . In addition , the meetings offer a platform for collaborative learning , for exchanging experiences and challenges and for sharing advice .
Simon Gurner , Managing Director at Essex-based Sunrise Technologies , joined the US TruPeer programme three years ago and is excited that is has now been extended to Europe . “ Joining the programme opened my eyes to what more I could be doing to improve my business ,” he explains .
“ Simply aligning the roles within my organisation to five key areas according to the TruMethods framework made a huge difference . We could service our clients more proactively and the number of support tickets dropped – allowing us to shrink the helpdesk from eight to just three employees , so we could then focus on more strategic tasks such as technology alignment , professional services and ‘ true ’ proactive support .”
Oliver Mackley , who heads up the TruPeer EMEA programme alongside TruMethods President Gary Pica and Dan Tomaszewski , Executive VP of the Channel , Kaseya , agrees : “ When I joined the programme as an MSP , it changed my life . Within 18 months , we had halved the number of support tickets . At the end of the first year , our net profit had grown to 17 %, after a fair market salary for both owners and for the following three years it was well over 20 %.
