Autodesk appoints Joe Speicher as first Chief Sustainability Officer

Autodesk , announced appointment of Joe Speicher as the company ’ s first Chief Sustainability Officer . During his tenure at Autodesk , Speicher has held various leadership roles across the sustainability and Foundation organisation . In his new role , Speicher reports to Autodesk ’ s chief financial officer . His appointment reflects the increasing importance of the chief sustainability officer ’ s role in achieving sustainability outcomes and driving growth .

As Chief Sustainability Officer , Speicher oversees the development and implementation of Autodesk ’ s sustainability and impact strategy , metrics and reporting , and cross-industry initiatives focused on sustainability capabilities for customers . Speicher continues to lead the Autodesk
Foundation , a philanthropic organisation dedicated to supporting innovative solutions to the world ’ s most pressing social and environmental challenges .
He also chairs Autodesk ’ s ESG Steering Committee , ensuring that Autodesk assesses and addresses issues that are relevant and specific to our external ESG objectives , including materiality assessment , measurement , management , and disclosure . Whether they operate in housing and infrastructure , products and components , or games and filmmaking , Autodesk customers are being asked to do things faster and more sustainably while at lower cost and higher quality . Tim Robinson elevated to Partner-in-charge , Technology Consulting at KPMG Australia

KPMG Australia announced appointment of Tim Robinson as its new Partner-incharge for Technology Consulting where he will lead the firm ’ s 1,200 strong team of technology and business specialists .

Robinson has over two decades of experience in managing highly complex transformation programs and ensuring that the deployment of technology is directly aligned with business goals . He has been a partner within the KPMG technology advisory business for over seven years , having joined through the acquisition of Markets IT , the technology business he founded in 2011 .
He replaces outgoing head of technology consulting Richard Marrison , who has been promoted to KPMG ’ s Head of Technology Consulting for Asia Pacific and Partnerin-Charge for KPMG Australia ’ s Deals Enablement and Review Board .
In his new role leading technology consulting services , Robinson will be responsible for building upon the firm ’ s leadership in key areas of business transformation , supporting clients on large complex technology-related projects , as well as driving forward the firm ’ s work on emerging tech such as AI . He will also focus on increasing KPMG ’ s engagement with major alliance partners .
KPMG ’ s Technology Consulting team delivers a comprehensive range of client solutions across technology enablement and implementation , as well as offering marketleading capabilities in areas such as data and analytics , cyber security and technology risk .
