Check Point to acquire Perimeter 81 for approximately $ 490 million delivering fastest SASE solution
Check Point Software Technologies signed a definitive agreement to acquire Perimeter 81 . With this acquisition , Check Point will help organisations accelerate the adoption of secure access across remote users , sites , cloud , datacentres , and the Internet , all while aiming to deliver the most secure and fastest SASE solution in the market . Under the terms of the agreement , Check Point will acquire Perimeter 81 for approximately $ 490 million , on a cash free , debt free basis .

Acquisition of Poka positions IFS as only vendor with ERP , EAM , FSM able to digitally connect workers

The acquisition positions IFS as the only vendor with ERP , EAM and FSM capabilities now able to digitally connect workers across the end-toend value chain in its core industries .
This capability enables businesses to measure productivity across machinery and operators globally and therefore provides a clear insight into profitability . Poka also provides actionable insights for companies to stay compliant and provide safer working conditions as part of their ESG goals .
