Digital Realty appoints Serene Nah as Managing Director , Head of Asia Pacific
Digital Realty , a global provider of cloud and carrier neutral data centre , colocation and interconnection solutions , has announced the appointment of Serene Nah as Managing Director , Head of Asia Pacific .
Nah will lead Digital Realty ’ s Asia Pacific team to continue to broaden the reach of its global data center platform and deliver the value of PlatformDigital , the world ’ s largest meeting place for companies , technologies and data , to the region .
“ I am delighted to have Serene on board . Her breadth of financial advisory experience and knowledge across real estate and technology industries will greatly augment our capabilities in the region as we continue to grow ,” said Digital Realty President and Chief Executive Officer , Andy Power .
Joining from Kerry Properties , where she was Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer in charge of finance , corporate development , strategy and operations , Nah brings extensive experience in pan-Asia infrastructure real estate and technology investment to Digital Realty .
Nah said she was joining a ‘ global industry leader ’ providing ‘ the world ’ s largest trusted digital space ’ for businesses to collaborate .

Vertiv completes CEO succession
Vertiv , a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions , has confirmed Giordano Albertazzi as
CEO and appointed him to the board of directors . Albertazzi assumes the role at a time of continued strong demand across Vertiv ’ s data centre end markets . The company reported a record order backlog of US $ 4.7 billion as of the end of the third quarter of 2022 . Vertiv is a leader in providing thermal , power , IT management and integrated solutions for global data centre operators to meet ongoing consumer demand .
Albertazzi said he was ‘ honoured ’ to take the helm . “ I ’ m looking forward to working closely with our leadership team and employees around the world to continue to increase the value we create for our customers , further strengthen our financial performance and create long-term value for our shareholders ,” he said .
Dave Cote , Executive Chairman at Vertiv , said : “ With more than two decades of operational and business experience at Vertiv and a track record of performance in both Europe and the Americas , Giordano is the right person to drive Vertiv forward .”
Vertiv announced its CEO succession plan in October 2022 and since then Albertazzi assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer , working closely with former CEO Rob Johnson , on transition .
