We are learning so much from our partners because of the way they have developed from being resellers to become services experts . They have successfully transitioned from a business model based on big one-off deals , to a model based on more stable recurring
VMware Explore Europe audience revenues from Software- As-a-Service and consultancy . Their advancement in services and growing expertise as consultants is a major advantage for VMware , bringing us closer to customers who we otherwise may not be able to reach .
How is the Middle East performing from a channel perspective ?
The Middle East region is performing exceptionally well . VMware was already experiencing strong growth from large organisations in sectors ranging from government to healthcare and education . Now , thanks in large part to our partners , we are experiencing solid growth in the commercial space with small-to-medium size organisations . Our solutions are becoming ever more relevant as our customers broaden their IT knowledge and capabilities and push forward with transformation plans . The smaller companies now have some of the most powerful IT and some of the best deployments , and the Middle East remains an area of huge potential .
