As Director of the partner organisation at NetApp for Eastern Europe , Middle East , Africa , Turkey , CIS countries , Iberia , and Latin America , I get the opportunity to meet with many different markets and market needs , different understanding , and working with different sets of partners . We are lucky at NetApp , because we have an opportunity today to offer to our partners , that are willing to expand to the cloud , understanding better how they become more relevant in their markets : from providing data management solutions that scale from building a data fabric and helping our customers through our partners getting the best out of their data .

We just announced the launch of a new partner programme the NetApp Partner Sphere in NetApp fiscal year 2024 .
It is a job that requires lots of skills that help me understand different markets and market needs . It as well helps me building my interpersonal skills more , because I am meeting different people from different cultures .
At NetApp , we speak about diversity . And this is a true example of diversity – not only by being a woman leading this big region , but as well understanding and living with different cultures and getting the best experience out of it , not only for us as employees at NetApp , but as well among our customers and partners .
What do you find challenging in your role given that you are driving NetApp ’ s channel business in four different geographical markets namely Eastern Europe , META , Iberia and Latin America ?
I always say , challenges make you stronger , and it is an opportunity for any person to learn . In my role , challenges can vary from personal challenges – for example being a mother , and when you must juggle between being home and between travelling a lot for business when you oversee a big territory .
