tTalk us through what WebEngage is and what offerings do you have for the Middle East and Africa ( MEA ) market ? WebEngage is a full-stack SaaS provider specialising in customer retention , user engagement , and marketing automation . Its new-age Retention Operating System is a single suite for marketers to store user data , derive actionable insights , orchestrate omnichannel campaigns , and hyperpersonalise customer experiences . Founded in 2010 in India , WebEngage has grown into a global organisation comprising a core team of 200 people spread across three countries and a portfolio of 500 plus clients across India , MENA , Americas , Europe , and Southeast Asia . WebEngage has , in recent years , posted a recurring revenue growth rate of 100 % year-over-year .

We announced our formal entry into the Middle East and Africa in November last year , offering our solutions suite to key markets and incumbents . The worldleading rate of digitalisation in the Middle East incentivised this expansion . Increased digitalisation has led to greater competition , where cutting-edge technologies will be key differentiators . WebEngage will cater to this need in the region .
Which countries in the MEA region are key to WebEngage ’ s business development strategy ?
The inherent charm of digitalisation is that there are no geographical limitations to who you can cater to . We initially set up an office in Dubai , out of which we provided services to clients across the region . Thanks to the quantifiable positive results that we could help our clients achieve , we scaled our regional operations .
