Adobe and ServiceNow
announce global availability
of integration
Adobe and ServiceNow announced the availability of its
partnership integration, delivering an industry-first solution
connecting data from Adobe Experience Platform and ServiceNow’s
Customer Service Management workflow product to enable more
seamless, connected customer experiences. In today’s experience
economy, where digital-only is the reality, marketing and customer
service organisations must be aligned around a data-driven, customerfirst
approach. Connecting Adobe Experience Platform, the industry’s
first purpose-built Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform,
and ServiceNow’s Customer Service Management product empowers
brands with a more complete view of the customer.
The integration leads to seamless workflows between Adobe
Experience Platform and ServiceNow, enhancing Adobe’s Realtime
Customer Profiles with rich customer data and improving
personalisation of customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Additionally, leveraging this ServiceNow and Adobe Experience
Manager integration, brands can now deliver enhanced customer
service capabilities.

Qumulo appoints
Craig Bumpus as Chief
Revenue Officer
Qumulo, a leading provider of hybrid cloud file data
services, has announced the appointment of Craig Bumpus
as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this newly
created role, Bumpus will be responsible for accelerating
Qumulo’s rapid revenue growth, driving adoption of Qumulo as
a data platform in both public and private clouds and scaling a
global organisation to service customers across the Americas,
EMEA and Asia.
This appointment follows the recent additions of Barry
Russell, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cloud
and Michael Cornwell, Chief Technology Officer, to Qumulo’s
executive team and comes during a period of strong sales
momentum. These appointments underscore Qumulo’s
commitment to aggressively extend its leadership position in
leveraging cloud and file software services to enable customers
to accelerate their data-driven outcomes.
