companies had to change quickly
to adapt to new ways of working as
the COVID-19 disease spread across
the world.
Remote working had to be
implemented overnight and companies
had to adapt and face new challenges.
For some companies, these changes will
stay for the long-term as bosses realise
some of the benefits.
Two experts give their take on the issue
and explain what they think will be the longterm
impact for businesses.
Fadi Moubarak, Vice President –
Channels, Avaya International, features on
the front cover of this month’s edition.
He explains how Avaya has been making
a transformation to a cloud and SaaS
focused company. He speaks about the
power of the cloud and how it can help
customers adapt to continual changes.
He said it wasn’t about just launching
another cloud service but offering a path
to the customer to become more agile in
consuming technology and more agile in
responding to environmental changes.
He also spoke about how Avaya is
continuing its channel enablement and
training efforts and what Avaya’s cloud
transition means for its channel strategy and
