ServiceNow names Gina Mastantuono as CFO
ServiceNow has announced that Gina
Mastantuono will join the company as
Chief Financial Officer after arriving from
Ingram Micro.

Mastantuono brings more than 20 years
of financial experience to ServiceNow,
including in the cloud, IT and mobility
solutions industries.
Since 2016, she has served as CFO
of Ingram Micro, a leading provider of
global technology and supply chain
services, and led the company’s global
finance organisation.

Abu Baker comes to the company with
more than 20 years of experience serving
the IT and security industries. He previously
worked with other vendors including

he held local sales positions for more than

he will be driving regional efforts to increase
market share and recruit new customers
through his extensive network of contacts. •
