Dell EMC revamps partner programme by
adding future proofing
Michael Collins, Senior Vice President, Channel EMEA, Dell EMC.
Dell EMC announced a new Future-Proof Storage Loyalty
Programme, which offers the industry’s strongest three-year
satisfaction guarantee along with customer benefits such as
all-inclusive software, hardware investment protection, storage
efficiency guarantees, worry-free data migrations and free
Virtustream Storage Cloud. This new offering will provide partners
with a considerable advantage in meeting the needs of customers
looking for future-proofed storage technologies to enhance and
grow their business.
Additionally, Dell EMC’s expansion of its industry-leading
midrange storage portfolio with two new SC All-Flash data
storage arrays, along with key software updates to Dell EMC Unity
designed to boost efficiency and cost savings for mixed block and
file workloads, provides customers with an even greater value
proposition when transforming their IT infrastructure to meet the
requirements of the market.
The new Dell EMC Future-Proof Storage Loyalty programme
offers customers guarantees and value through the lifetime of their
arrays. Unlike other vendor programs that offer fewer benefits and
short-term promises, the Future-Proof Storage Loyalty Programme
provides robust guarantees, money-saving benefits and investment
protection for new Dell EMC Unity and SC Series product purchases.
For partners, the offering will assist conversations with new
and existing customers about enhancing operational capabilities
with Dell EMC’s leading midrange storage solutions, both now and
in the future. Through the Storage Loyalty Programme, Dell EMC
provides partners with strong competitive differentiation within the
channel, along with a solution that can facilitate shorter sales cycles
and strengthen relationships with customers. In addition, offerings
such as the Never-Worry Data Migration represent significant
opportunities to promote services and drive increased margins.
