UK law firm Foot Anstey will migrate 45 million documents, emails and other knowledge assets to iManage Cloud as part of a wider Digital Transformation strategy focused on security, agility and collaboration.

K law firm Foot Anstey has selected iManage Cloud as its new knowledge work platform, with iManage Cloud Partner Tiger Eye responsible for migrating and supporting the environment.

Tiger Eye will move around 45 million documents, emails and knowledge assets from Foot Anstey’ s existing on-premises iManage environment to the cloud, with the migration scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.

The project forms part of Foot Anstey’ s wider Digital Transformation strategy, which includes moving away from private cloud environments towards Software-as-a-Service platforms to improve security, agility and cost efficiency.

Foot Anstey, a UK Top 100 law firm headquartered in South-West England, employs more than 700 people across 11 offices. Following a review of document management systems, the firm selected iManage Cloud to reduce the management overhead associated with its existing on-premises deployment while providing employees with additional collaboration and Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

These will include Co-Authoring, integration between iManage and Microsoft Teams and Ask iManage, a naturallanguage assistant built into the document management system.

Tiger Eye will also provide ongoing platform support following the migration and help Foot Anstey implement and optimise additional capabilities. The firm will adopt Tiger Eye Administrate, a modular data management solution for iManage.

Tiger Eye was selected as the migration and support partner following Foot Anstey’ s market review, with the firm citing its iManage specialisation and experience of large-scale cloud migrations.
