As MSPs contend with increasingly complex customer environments, rising costs and pressure on margins, the ability to simplify technology estates while developing profitable recurring services is becoming an important channel differentiator.
That is the backdrop to Scalefusion’ s expansion into the UK, supported by distributor Renaissance. Having already established a presence in Ireland, the Unified Endpoint Management( UEM) vendor sees the significantly larger UK channel as a natural next step.

There’ s also growing crossover between the two markets, with plenty of MSPs now operating in both.”
For Renaissance, the opportunity is to take the relationship-led approach it has developed in Ireland and apply it to a much larger channel ecosystem.
Michael Conway, CEO of Renaissance, believes understanding individual partners remains fundamental regardless of market size.
“ You end up understanding a partner’ s business properly – what they’ re trying to grow, their pain points, how they like to be dealt with. That knowledge lets us point partners towards vendors that genuinely suit them, rather than pushing whatever is in the portfolio.”
Simplifying growing endpoint estates One of the biggest opportunities for MSPs comes from the rapidly increasing number and variety of endpoints they are expected to manage.
Devices are now spread across offices, warehouses, employees’ homes and other remote locations, often running different operating systems and requiring separate

King believes this complexity has reached a point where manual management is no longer realistic for many organisations.
“ Endpoint estates have grown to a point where most organisations can’ t manage them manually anymore.”
The challenge for MSPs is that addressing those requirements through multiple point
